Question for Duplicator

Hi,

I want to use duplicator for constantly updating my live server once updates are done and reviewed by my client..

Question is website is live and also has many comments in it, we do not want to loose those comments, will the new installation from production to live, will remove all comments as well?

whats the way around this guys??
