Question explanation only for paying users

    Hi!

    I suggest a modification to option “Question explanation” (and, secondly, also to “Question hint”): the possibility to allow it only for paying users because I consider it as a Pro feature of my quizzes.
    Please, is it possible in future updates? Also, if yes, give the possbility to automatically set this sub-option to all questions already present.
