Question Counter

Hello, I see in the screen-shots that the Plugin has the capability of display which question number out of total number of questions you’re currently answering. I haven’t been able to find where to enable this however. I do see an empty div with the class qmn_page_counter_message where it looks to go between the Previous and Next buttons. Am I overlooking something?
