Yes, of course! You can set an commission rate for each vendor. I.E: You set a commission rate about 30% for Vendor A. For each item that the vendor A will sell you make the 70%. Otherwise, if a Vendor A sell an item for 10$, you eran 7$ and vendor A 3$.

Does plugin do what I need, and fully integrate with Woo Commerce?

1) Sellers list their items for sale, and check boxes to specify what criteria the items meet, from a pre-set list.

No each vendor have their products, and all product are independent from each other.
