Sorry about missing your question. We are operating with very limited resources at this moment.

I am sorry to inform you that we do not have the feature to categorize the questions and negative marking at this moment.

But we have automatic grading and question bank feature. For example, a quiz can have as many questions as you want and can set a limit to 10 questions per attempt and randomize the questions and the order of the options.

as for Bulk Upload Questions?
through .txt or .csv?

Bulk import requires CSV format, but it is a paid version feature
