I would also find this helpful. It shows the image but when posted and new copy of the logo is posted. So on employer can have more than 50 logos saved to the server!

This isn’t currently possible in WP Job Manager.

We accept feature requests on our Github repository. I’d recommend that you add this there:

We use requests like this to shape future development but we can’t guarantee when/if they will be implemented.
