    Hi, my client never marks orders as ‘completed’ they just sit there as ‘processing’.

    Not a big deal until now.. because I want to use your plugin.

    Will your plugin send mails even without marking orders as completed?

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    To send the review reminder for the Processing order, please go to Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Order status: Processing.
