• As far as the feature “Button to suspend transient creation / update” listed, does this also stop WP from using a transient? For example if it blocks the creation of a transient then there is nothing to use and I would expect the WP Transient API to use the fresh value. But if there was already a transient and the suspend feature was only blocking that transient’s value from updating would the WP Transient API still access that un-updated value? I hope my question makes sense lol.

    It stops all transients.

    If you already have a transient stored and you suspend transients, fresh data will be retrieved the next time that transient is accessed.
