Question about the sitemaps

    1. We recommend only using one plugin to create sitemaps. Please disable sitemaps in one or the other.

    2. Please submit only the sitemap_index.xml as Google will read the index and crawl all of the sub-sitemaps listed.

    3. This depends on how the sites and sitemaps are created. If each site is it’s own WordPress installation, please submit one sitemap_index.xml for each language. If you’re using a plugin to create multiple languages, please contact the author for the multilingual plugin to see how they interact with our plugin. Some create sitemap index for each language while others add language information to a single sitemap index.
