• Hello!

I love this plugin, but have a (hopefully!) quick question. I’m working on a website right now, and am having a problem with the slideshow. This is it:

I would like the image slideshow to resize when the window resizes. However, when I choose this option, it makes the images in the slideshow too small, and I don’t know how to make them bigger. The max-width in the slideshow option does not change the size when the height option is set to resize with the page at 3:1 ratio when I make the max-width to the desired size.

I would like the slideshow of images to be the same width as the rest of the elements on the page (the main navigation and the four grid image below).

How can I do this? Thanks so much in advance!

  • Hi, what mobile devices have you tested so far? I checked your website URL in my mobile Android phone. I don’t see any problems. Maybe you can explain a bit more your issue and maybe even share an image so that I can see what you mean.

    Hi!

As of now, the settings are set to 3:1 ratio for the height, so the slideshow resizes fine. My concern is that the slideshow width does not expand to the full width that I would like.

See how on this page: https://maggiebokor.com/home-2/

…the slideshow images do not reach out as far as the grid box below? I would like to make the width bigger so that the slideshow is aligned with the grid of images underneath, but now it is smaller and I don’t know how to make the width bigger while still keeping the slideshow responsive. I have the “max-width” set at 900, but the slideshow images are only displaying at

If I check the box “Shrink slideshow’s height when width shrinks” then it resizes perfectly, however, I can’t seem to make the slideshow images larger so that they are aligned evenly with the grid below.

If I uncheck the box “Shrink slideshow’s height when width shrinks”, then I can control the height in pixels, and that allows the slideshow images width to be as wide as the grid below, but when I uncheck “Shrink slideshow’s height when width shrinks”, then the slideshow has a large white space below when being resized.

Sorry, I hope that makes more sense?

Hi, in regards to the following comment.

There should be a way for you to control the large white space through CSS.
