Question about tax rates

Hey guys, so I just received my first shipment and put my products on my store. I am based in Saskatchewan (Canada) and downloaded a csv file and uploaded it as my standard taxes rates. I got the file from this link:

Im wondering if Im setting my tax classes accordingly? Also, does anyone know where I can find a link to set the rates for American rates? I ship worldwide.
