Question about tags

Dear Forums,

I just installed wordpress on my site. still new to it…

i wanna know why when i click on anything under “recent entries” or “popular tags” on my sidebar takes me to an error page?

i was messing with some options on my dashboard but now i’m not sure what i did for this to happen. Perhaps someone can help me figure this out?
