Question about sorting products

    Hello,

    I’ve been using this plugin and absolutely love it, however I’ve had some issues with the sorting options. I can use the “sort by price” option just fine, however when I try to use custom product sorting, all I get is alphabetical sorting from A to Z. My regular shop is using the custom sort so I assume it’s not a problem on my end, but it might still be.

    If I could get some help with this, I’d be extremely grateful.

    Hi, how do you custom sort your products? It worked when we sorted the product-list in admin area.

    Hmm, that’s strange. I’m using the “Sort” option under Products that WooCommerce includes by default. My “default” shop respects the product order I set there.

    If it helps, the product table is in a new page, separate from the “shop” page, I’m not sure if those settings would apply outside the Shop page. That page is also using the “Custom + name” sorting option, but it’s only applying the alphabetical part and not the custom order.

    EDIT: I’ve also noticed that despite checking the sticky header and footer options, it doesn’t seem to be working at all. Makes me wonder if I’m doing something wrong.

    Ok, so you are using the shortcode [ordertable]?

    We will have a look at this again including the problem with the sticky feature.

    Now we have fixed the default sorting in version 1.0.8.
