Question About Select Control

Quick Question,

Say I have an option set up in the customizer using the Kirki select control. There are two options for this select control: option A and option B.

The I have a conditional statement set up to where if the user selects option B a class of option-b-class get added to the body classes.

option-b-class is styled in the style.css sheet. Currently when the users selects option B the preview screen refreshes and I see the little Kirki piggy doing his thing.

Is there a way to have the preview show the change immediately instead of refresh?
