Question about search results page

  • Hi,

    Is it possible to change the lay-out / view of the search results page?

    For example:

    Newsitems
    ** List of all matchings posts / newsitems

    Pages
    ** List of all matching pages

    Custom Post Type A
    ** List of all matching custom post type A posts

    Custom Post Type B
    ** List of all matching custom post type B posts

    You can do this in your result page.
    This is more on php rather than this plugin.
