Question about reset pluggin

    Hello!

    If i use the Reset ranking button, will it reset all the matches and results or just clean the rankings?

    I think we have a problem with the database and the ranking, cause with the pagination pluggin the ranking still spends a lot of time to load, same as the Ranking Shortcode do, and it shouldn’t happen.

    Maybe cleaning the ranking and recalculate it could help with the loading.

    Just for cleaning the ranking a recalculation will suffice. Because a recalculation will remove all old data once successfully completed. You don’t need the reset plugin for that.

    If retrieving the ranking data takes too long, you may wanna do some tests on your infrastructure to determine where the problem is. Could also be database performance. Maybe your hosting company can help?

    I think we are having this problem since the database upgrade. It could be the database as you say. With pagination it should work perfectly and it doesn’t.

    We might try to go back to an oldest version of the database or may be new one.
