Question About Reinstalling W3 Total Cache
-
Hi, quick question. I just had some problems with W3 Total Cache in combination with CloudFlare. I deactivated CloudFlare then had to use FTP to delete advanced-cache.php / db.pbp / object-cache.php in order to get back into my WordPress admin area.
That worked, so I deleted the W3 plugin. I now want to reinstall W3 Total Cache, but I notice that I still have W3 files in the wp-content directory (w3tc and w3-total-cache-config.php).
Here’s the question: can I go ahead and install W3 again as things currently stand (with those files there already), or should I delete w3tc and w3-total-cache-config.php first (via FTP)? And is there anything else I should do before installing the plugin again? Sorry if this is a dumb question!
Thanks!
