Question About Recurring Donations Add-On Sync With Payment Gateway

  • When a recurring donation is completed, expires, or is cancelled in WordPress, does GiveWP also sync this change with payment gateways like Stripe?

    If a user finds that this isn’t happening, is it likely a misconfiguration on the payment gateway side? Or is it necessary to manually cancel all subscriptions created in WordPress in the payment gateway?
