Question about processing order

    Hi there,
    I have installed and set up the plugin and everything is looking like it’s going to run great. I just had a question. When a customer signs up to my monthly subscription does the order need to be marked as completed every month or does this just roll over and happen automatically.
    I am hoping not send send an invoice or receipt every month, but rather just have the one time receipt at the beginning of the subscription.

  • Hi Julian,

    The order will automatically marked as completed on each month according to the payment gateway you are using. Subscription plugin will not send any email invoice or receipt every month.
