    Hi Support – when we attempted to contact you via our logged in “support” area, we were unable to do so due to an error, which is why I’m reaching out here.

    we had previously purchased: VarkTech Minimum Purchase Pro for WooCommerce.

    However, we wanted to confirm that the premium plugin we purchased includes lifetime updates of that plugin, or are we limited to the year/time we purchased it?

    We are planning to update the plugin if possible – and basically need to know if we need to repurchase it to get the latest version.

    In addition – the pro version of the plugin’s last update was in 2019, while the free version appears to have been updated 6 months ago (I believe to comply with certain PHP 8 updates – which we would need on our end.) Just want to confirm that is accurate.

    Any assistance is appreciated – thank you!

    Hi,
    1. Please describe more precisely the error you received in trying to create a support ticket.

    2. lifetime updates.

    3. the plugin currently supports PHP 7, the php 8 update is next in the queue but is stil a few weeks away.

    The error you received was “Data too long for column ‘subject'” – the subject description was way too long…
