Question about Premium/ Backup

I have used All-in-One WP Migration, wromg.
I was supposed to copy site ‘x’ to site ‘y’, buy instead i copied ‘y’ to ‘x’. So I only have a .wpress file on ‘y’ site. Is there any way to recover ‘x’ site. We don’t have any other backups of it. I saw a premium option with backups on the plug in, will that help?
