    Hi,

I am using two of your plugins on my wife’s website:
    “Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce”
    “Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce”

First of all, I would like to thank you for such great plugins that make e-commerce business easier.

Both plugins work fine, but the problem is that my wife couldn’t verify her identity with Stripe, so only the test environment works properly, but live payments do not. Because of this, we are giving up on Stripe and instead will use the Braintree payment gateway with your “Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce” plugin.

As far as I can see, this plugin allows for card payments and PayPal payments. My question is, should I use the existing “Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce” for PayPal transactions and “Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce” for card payments, or should I uninstall both existing plugins (“Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce” and “Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce”) and install and set up only the “Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce” plugin for both card payments and PayPal payments?

I think the latter is a better choice, but I still wanted to check with you to confirm or advise what would be best.

    Thanks.

    Hi @petar78

Glad to hear you liked our Stripe and PayPal plugins.

Regarding Stripe, I would try one more time to get verified because they are a vastly superior payment gateway compared to Braintree. Your conversion rate will be better through Stripe and they offer much better local payment integrations like Amazon Pay, CashApp etc.

I think the latter is a better choice, but I still wanted to check with you to confirm or advise what would be best.

If managing your transactions in a single dashboard is important, I would just use the Braintree plugin. However, I believe having the PayPal plugin alongside the Braintree plugin is the superior option because the PayPal plugin has a more advanced integration for things like express payment on product and cart pages. The PayPal plugin also has more support for product add on plugins if you’re using any of those types of plugins.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

Thank you for the advice. After a lot of effort and dealing with Stripe’s customer support, we finally managed to verify our identity, so we are really happy to be able to use your Stripe plugin. Everything works great!

    Thank you! ??
