Question about pinned question at the top

  • Hi there,

    Is there any way to keeping question pinned at the top after answering to it?

    Currently when I answer to pinned post, it losing pin feature.

    Hi,
    You can go to the Dashboard > Questions > All Questions > edit a question then select pin to top option on the right-hand side.

    Thanks, I’m appreciate your quick response.

    But there is a problem, Question is pinned (Sticky) and when someone posted an answer to same question, Question sticky feature will gone, again I should edit question and same as your shot, I should check ‘Pin question to top of archive page’ checkbox.

    Did you get any report so far about this issue? Not sure, maybe its my theme problem.

    I think this is a bug come from the plugin, we will check and update this issue.
