• About this awesome new Hueman sister-theme, that’s technically more or less the same on the backend. Can someone please explain, on the demo page what is the name of the front page section with 4 square thumbs with gray background, and how/where to set this one?

Also, where to set the front page bottom bottom of the feed section with recent posts and comments? And where do I find the shortcodes and typography options?

    Link to the demo theme

    Thanks! ??

  • It looks to me that https://demo.alxmedia.se/typecore/ copied Hueman, but they messed up the code trying to add extra noise.

So if you are asking questions about typecore you should talk to the guy, there is also a repo on github.

Anyway, quite questionable what they are doing.

Yeah I saw the thing on Github but don’t know what to do with it. I just try to find out where these theme settings are hidden.

Typecore appears to be a theme written by the original author of Hueman. It has a front-widgets group which in the demo is using the alx-tabs widget. The theme doesn’t comply with the current www.remarpro.com theme requirements so my guess is it will be offered through the author’s account on Themeforest.

    ?

Also unclear how to get the social buttons on the top left. It’s a great looking theme but not perfect yet, for this reason it might be temporarily taken back.

Those options should be available under the Appearance > Theme Options group. The AlxTabs widget would be added in the Widgets.

    a) yes should be but it is not
    b) the tabs widget has nothing to do with this
