    Hello, Ultimate Member Support team,

I have a question regarding multisite setup. I have set up a multisite mode like : main site & child sites. Due to management reasons, I do not want to sync users across all sites, which has led to an issue with Member Directories.

For example, suppose a user “main_user” is created on the main site but is not sync to the child site. Then I create a Member Directories page on the child site. If “main_user” login in main site and visits the child site, they will be recognized as “already login” but “this user is not existing in the child site,” which prevents the Member Directories from displaying.

However, if a guest visits the child site without logging in, the Member Directories page displays correctly.

Is there any way to handle this situation through settings? Thank you!:)

    Hello @billxu

Sorry for the late answer. What is your child site’s access settings?

    Regards.

    Thanks for reply

    Finally I add a script to auto-sync user , and it’s work.

I think If a new user careted in root-site not in child-site will be considered as having an account but without rights restrictions
