Question about Google Fonts

Hi,

your Theme uses Google Fonts. My question is:
Are the Fonts included in the Theme, so that they are served to my visitors by my server or are my visitors downloading the used fonts automaticly from Google if they are viewing my site?
If the fonts are downloaded from google, google gets knowledge about the IP of my visitors and i have to mention that in my Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerkl?rung) because of our DSGVO (Datenschutz Grundverordnung), which is german / european law.
