Question About Contact Emails

    Hello;

    Lately I’ve been noticing that the Contact Form 7 emails are being generated in one long string of text rather than the usual organized (structured) format.

    Is there a way to revert back to the more structured email format?

    What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

    To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

    Hi, again:

    I should also mention that the unstructured email alerts are also being generated via my Wordfence plugin.

    Could this be from something on my server side?

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Askimet Anti-Spam, Classic Widgets, Wordfence Security, and Yoast SEO.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Hello, Takayuki:

    Sorry for the late response. I think this issue may be related to WordPress, so I think I will post in their forum.

    In the meantime, I have been getting very many spam emails being generated through my contact form. I did some research into placing a reCAPTCHA image, and cannot seem to integrate it into my contact form. I picked up some html code from Google and am not sure where to place it so that the reCAPTCHA is triggered by a contact submission.
