Question about conflict with other plugin

Question: If the user entered the wrong username or password, it will show up an error message which is correct, but it will conflict with “WP Customer Reviews” on file wp-customer-reviews.php line 239, which did not happened while not using this plugin. Any idea??? Thanks.
