Question about category product count

    Hi!

    I’m using Woocommerce with Simple Auctions and wonder if there is any way to show only active auctions in the category product counts?

    Right now the categories on my main page shows all auctions. (266 in total) but there is only 152 active auctions. Is there any code to make it count only active auctions in the categories?

    Hi there!

    This question is best directed at the support for Simple Auctions.

    In essence, you could create a custom template for your product category archives, and then customize the product loop to exclude inactive auctions. However, it would depend on what marks an auction active/inactive under the hood (extra meta data perhaps?), which you’ll need to know in order to filter for it.

    The dev or support forums of the extension should be able to point you in the right direction for that.
