Question about cache generation

Good day.

I have a question.
I noticed that a page cache is only generated when a user is not logged in. I have actually marked the cache to show to logged in users as well. But when a logged-in user visits a page, no cache is generated for it. If a non-logged user enters a page, a cache is generated and then loading is fast.
I tested by visiting different pages several times from a logged in user, the behavior is the same.
Is there a way to fix this from settings or some other way?
Because I don’t see any reason, given that I have set a logged-in user to see cached pages, that he cannot create a cache for them if he is logged-in.
