Question about “buggy” slider and features

    Hey!

    I do have the issue that on mobile my navigation dots disappear and I don’t have the possibility to slide left / right / anywhere

    This occurs in desktop browser mobile preview and on real mobile devices.

    What we can rule out: 

    – Caching

    – CDN

    – Plugins

    – Theme 

    I disabled everything and tested it on a native WordPress / Gutenberg block, but still the issue remains. That why I’m at a loss over here and hope to get help from you. Because I want the lightest and fastest image slider out there to work on my page. 

    I also noticed that when I clear my mobile browser cache, the slider will be loaded like this on first load:?

    When I refresh the page (without clearing the browsers cache, it will show / load like this (as if it’s a single image and the navigation dots that are active in the settings won’t show up):

    Regarding the “swipe left and right” function, is this only possible in higher plans with the carousel function?

    Hope this helps and hope we can solve this somehow because this would be huge!

    Hey @bmilligan15 ?? Since I do believe in your plugin and the work and effort you put into it to make it as fast and clean as possible, I upgraded to a “high ticket” plan because I hoped to get it to work fast with the priority support in this plan. Didn’t hear back for a couple of days – I know I can be a pain in the ass, and that’s not meant as a critique.

    Just wanted to create a *friendly reminder* with this!
