Question about black circle that shows up before images do.

Basically, I want no movement at all in the image area when someone first opens up a product page. I just want the main (first) image to appear, with no arrows or black marks or anything.

Also, on the free version, my product images are not changing when different options are selected. The image changing works with the default Woocommerce set-up, and with Fancybox. Theme incompatibility?

SVI replaces the default theme image area with is own, so that the magic can work ?? so don’t expect to use any theme features in this area because it will not work and may cause issue, so the advise is to turn off any option that may work with that area.

Now, after you setup the variations assignment to the images via the Product gallery everything should work properly.
Let me remind that in the free version there is no BULK assign, meaning that you have to assign the variation to an image 1 at a time in the “product gallery”. Follow the screenshots in my plugin page here in wordpress.

Thank you for your advice. I will look into that. But I still need to know if there is a way to turn off the black circle that comes up in the image area right when the page is opened. It shows up right before the main image loads.

Quick question. You stated in your reply that I “shouldn’t expect to use any theme features in this area because it will not work and may cause issue, so the advise is to turn off any option that may work with that area.” I am confused because like in your Variations demo, I have product options for customers to choose, and the images must change correspondingly.The options are in the form of radio buttons. When I have the Variations plug-in activated, choosing options no longer makes the images change. Yet I have the images designated to change in the variation area for the product in the UI. The images only change if I directly click on the images.

I’m talking just about the image gallery area.

If you are using “Form radio buttons” then I believe the issue is there.

Some plugins that modify the drop downs don’t do it properly. preventing some WooCommerce triggers from occurring and so my plugin and other like mine will not function properly.

Disable that from radio buttons.

We are planning to change the radio buttons to dropdowns. Maybe that will help solve the issue. Another question, with the free version of your plug-in working, the lightbox effect no longer works on my blog images. The main reason I am interested in your plug-in is for my products, but I have a blog on my site too and I would like the blog images to open up in a lightbox effect when clicked on. Do you have a suggestion as to what I should do about this?

I wasn’t sure if you saw my above question. I bought the PRO version of your plug-in the other day. With the plug-in activated and lightbox within in turned “on”, the lightbox effect no longer works with my blog images. Would there be a way for me to make it so the lightbox still works on the blog as well as the product pages?

Sorry for my late reply, support for the PRO version is given on my site, under open ticket.
Regarding your question, my plugin doesnt remove the site ligthbox from the site only for the product single page.
You should check your theme settings and activate the ligthbox .

As stated, for pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
