Question about automatic withdrawal (no answer from your contact form)

    Hi,

    I’m near to buy you Dokan Starter or Pro plugin, but I haven’t received any answer from your contact form unfortunately.

    It’s a simple question : from what I have read on your main website, Dokan can automatically manage commissions as well as automatic withdraw requests based on a period of time (let’s say each 2 weeks).

    Then, if I have properly understood, as the super admin of the website, I will be able to accept all automatic withdraw request for all the vendors of my website, and this will trigger a bank transfer from my admin IBAN to my vendors IBAN, have I right.

    I don’t need special wallet system. Just a way to automatize the withdraw of my vendors, in order for them to get paid automatically each 2 weeks. Buying your starter/pro plugin will allow me to do a such recurring process, right?

    I am sorry to hear that you have not been answered even after contacting us through our official platform. Since the automatic withdrawal disbursement feature is not included in the Dokan lite plugin, I am unable to continue the discussion and answer your questions. As per the Forum Guidelines, providing support for commercial products is prohibited here.

    We have already searched for recent tickets in our support channel to see if there are any un-replied tickets regarding this topic. However, we have not found any. Although we rarely encounter technical difficulties while receiving tickets from our clients, the probability of having issues is not zero.
