Question about “Auto Purge”

Assuming that I have multiple categories:

Brazil
United States
Japan…

If the “Auto Purge Rules For Publish/Update” section has this checkbox marked:

? Term archive (include category, tag, and tax)

When I publish/update a page for Brazil, will it clear the cache for the United States, Japan, and all other categories, or will it only clear the cache for Brazil?

And what about tags? Will it clear all the tags on the site, or only the tags that I have included in this post?
