    If I understand the question, you want to delete users who are not verified on a daily basis. If this is what you are looking for, then please enable “Delete users automatically” and set the “frequency” to “daily”.

    If I set it daily, the activation email arrives after a few seconds, the registered customer is immediately deleted without giving the opportunity to verify the account. When you make updates, make sure that things work otherwise you will cause harm to those who purchase from you and especially to customers who try to register. Really disappointed with this plugin

    Hi @tuner85 ,

    I believe it was just a misunderstanding about how the feature works.

    If you enable the “Delete users” option, it will only delete the unverified users.

    Now, if the option “General > Account verification > Current registered users > Verify account for current users” is enabled, the users registered before the plugin has been activated are going to be considered unverified, and then, the Delete option will remove them.

    Although the text might not be so clear, the Delete option has some notes about this matter.

    On top of that, regardless of how the “Verify account for current users” option is set, new accounts will be considered as unverified, and so, will be removed according to the Delete frequency.

    Now, I believe there might be a misleading info. After enabling the “Delete users automatically” option, it will run the first time immediately.

    Problem when active in automatic and setting daily. The customer signs up, as soon as the email for account activation arrives, the plugin automatically deletes it without giving the customer the opportunity to verify. This is the problem I’m posing but as always we don’t understand each other
