CTX Feed is capable of creating a feed containing thousands of items and it’s possible because of the batch system. Our plugin will complete the feed generate in batches which will avoid any memory or CPU usage issue.

So, I believe you can create a feed with our plugin without any major issues. However, before you start using our plugin, I would like to see your system status to be more sure about any potential errors.

To get the system status, please, install the free version of CTX Feed and then go to CTX Feed > Status > Copy status and paste it here.

The server config seems perfect for generating a feed with the number of items you have. Please, try our plugin and let us know if you are having any issues.

Before generating the feed, change the variation query type to Variable Dependable from here and try generating the feed.
