Hello, this is a great plugin. Thank you for providing this simple plugin, however, I have a problem configuring it. I could not see where the questions are moderated before they appear and also I have not received emails from the people who asked questions. I could not see reply, publish and delete buttons. What could be the problem? Please, help me out because I have been looking for a plugin that could do what I wanted since 2 weeks ago until I stumble on this great plugin.

You must be in the admin group or editor. After you log in, if you are in these groups you will have buttons. To moderate the comments, go to https://yoursite/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=mideal_faq
Also in the admin panel on the left side you should have the item – question
