Querying Posts on a Non WordPress Site? Help!

Hi there,
I have two sites on a domain:
https://www.domain.com/ (Non WordPress, Pure PHP)
https://www.domain.com/blog/ (All WordPress)How would I go about querying 3 posts on domain.com’s home page linking to domain.com/blog’s posts? Is that possible?
