querying more labels at once

    I am doing a search as well as a category select(no matter)
    I get the result found on slides

    whenever I select a label(job-type) I want to get the results that are ‘temporary’ AND ‘part-time’-results are growing:
    This is the effect of an ‘OR’ operator.
    I want to narrow the results to display the listings that satisfy ALL\AND the criteria.

    PS:you may have to take into account that i am using your plugin together with a theme called ‘listee’ from the cssigniter site (which actually is based on it)
