Querying custom posts by multiple taxonomies

  • Hello everyone. I am building a plugin that creates a new entity (custom post type) which is described by some attributes (I decided to use hierarchical and non-hierarchical taxonomies for them). Location for example would be a hierarchical taxonomy, blood type would be a non-hierarchical taxonomy.

    Now what I want is a form that would show dropdowns containing all the taxonomy terms (one for each taxonomy obviously) so the user could choose something like:

    Location: USA, Blood type: any, hair color: blonde and execute a search. I wouldn’t need the actual search field for that, only thing is choosing whatever taxonomy interest us, do an AND comparison and that’s all.

    Anyone done this?
