I dont know why. I have a lot of query apparently from, line 1248 (I guess)
    plugins/seriously-simple-podcasting/php/classes/controllers/class-frontend-controller.php

Queries in “Sending Data” state, using SHOW PROCESSLIST mysql:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/19Bh_7RvAfGGWiK86ooz61Aqd9KwicWXp/view?usp=sharing

    | 18256 | dbxxx | x.x.x.x:40244 | xxx_2021 | Query | 10 | Sending data | SELECT post_id FROM xxx_postmeta WHERE meta_key = ‘_wp_attached_file’ AND meta_value = ‘2019/11/MO | 0.000 |

This′s overload my database with a lot of query and freeze my website a lot of time.

    Anyone know whats wrong?
My wp Version 5.3.2 and plugin Seriously Simple Podcasting Version 2.5.3

    Thank you so much.
