Query to view topics that are set to "NOT RESOLVED"

Afternoon,

I am wondering if there is a query or hook that will allow me to view all posts that are currently set to “Not Resolved”? I am using the statistics widget it comes with but it would be nice to easily filter through questions that have not been resolved yet, from the front end.

Without this, users have to manually view the forum categories to see which topic has not been resolved yet.
