    I Was importing content form qtranslate to wpml after few hours its struck and doesn’t continue from there.

    Is there any process to continue.

    Could you please elaborate a little more on this issue, so we can better understand? Please also check if there are any javascript errors in the browser console? If so, please send us a screenshot.

    I am trying to update site from qtranslate to wpml and followed the instructions provided in this link. when i started process using qtranslate importer it translated around 60% after that process didnt continue and strucked. there is no error message in browser console. Is there a way to complete the process?

    Hi there,

    The error 502 mean means a server communication error. Usually its related to your server configurations.

    Could you please check if you server meet the WPML minimum requirements? https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

    We also recommend a 256mb memory limit: https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/#how-to-increase-your-sites-memory-limit

    After checking and updating these configs, please disable as many plugins as possible, switch to a default theme and try to run a import in a minimal install. This way we can check that it is not a plugin that is causing this error.

    Hi @diegootgs,

    Before starting the process i only enabled required plugins and disabled all the plugins and set to default theme. If its server it should not work properly, in my case it always struck with screenshot which i shared.

    My site server php version was 7.4.33 and memory limit for both server and php was set to 512M.
