Query results on wysiwyg links

  • Hi, I am not sure if someone else ever thought about it but it just came on and it breaks my nerves. I have many user roles with different capabilities and I have created some pages, CPTs, Elementor templates and posts and everything as a Super Admin. My problem is that when a user is linking some text with the wysiwyg, in the edit link box the suggestions at the end display recent results (query results) that includes every post created by anyone (CPTs, posts, Elementor templates, Jet Listings etc). Is there a way to filter and show only posts and pages that has been created by the specific user role?

  • There should be a way to filter the links. I think this was modified recently, actually.
    But showing by who created it doesn’t really make sense. You should be able to link to wherever you want.
