    Looking at the screenshot there, it looks like there are general database performance issues on your site, not specifically with Charitable (there are 6 slow queries shown there, and only one is from Charitable).

    Based on that, I would recommend working on optimizing your WordPress database. There is a detailed guide available here showing a variety of ways you can work on improving your database performance, including a few plugins you could use to do this:

    You may also want to reach out to your hosting company to see if they are aware of any system-related issues that might be affecting your database performance.
