Query Loop & Custom Block Questions

Hello,

I’m trying to figure out how to do something like this:
Create a query loop that would display components of the page I’ve linked.
So the result of the query loop would be based on category/tag (say for example the category or tag I’ve set is Honolulu), and specifically display the following:
– Crew Profile Name
– Profile Photo
– Member Since
– Primary duty
– Link to the above page (the one I’ve linked)

Basically, I’d like to display all the Crew Members (the one in the link is just one of them) that meet the tag criteria, so it could be 3 or it could be 30.

Is it possible to do this via a query loop? The Q loop blocks seem to be preset. Can I make custom blocks? If so, how would I go about doing that?

If not, are there other ways to approach this?
