• When I enable the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML plugin the Query Loop Block on the Product Catalog Template that displays the set Shop Page stops displaying the list of products and is blank in both languages. Disabling the plugin fixes the issue. Not sure where to start troubleshooting?

    Hello @ohamanda-1,

    From your description it looks that you are also using WPML, am I right?
    If that’s the case, we can’t provide you support in this forum as this is a WPML related question and there is a no commercial support policy allowed here on WordPress forums.

    However, as first debugging steps, it would be good if you can check your WordPress debug.log information, that would give us an idea of the error produced.

    To enable it, open your wp-config.php file:

    • Look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
    • Change it to:
      define('WP_DEBUG', true);
      define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    The errors should be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

    Finally, if you are using WPML, please go to our support forum and open a chat there, we have all the required tools to assist you and we will be happy to help you to solve this issue quickly.

    Regards,
    Andrés
