If you set the Form Method of your form to GET, and then use your form to make a search, you’ll notice that the results page URL contains a number of query arguments.

If you take that URL and bookmark it, or use it in a link or as a menu item, you’ll get your search results without submitting a search form.

    Hope this helps!

    Andrea, thanks for yout reply.
I saw this link, but I need insert in a page with another blocks, including the profile list filtered in this link, not a link for show.

You can make a custom search results page, see

    https://dontdream.it/bp-profile-search/custom-directories/

then you can access that page with an URL containing the search arguments as query args, see my previous post. Put the URL in a menu item so your users can access it too.
