You can delete the staging site and create a new one or you use the update button which overwrites the staging site with data from the live site.

The subfolder gets the same name as the defined name of your staging site. If you do not define a name it will get a timestamp

< * Is it hidden from Search engines and visitors?

Yes, it is.

I meant to say that a staging site admin link is different from the main site? The main site admin link will be the same as used previously?

* Can this staging site access be given to designers & developers for any customization and changes before applying them on live site?

* In free version, the only thing not available is the replication of changes to live site, they have to be made manually one by one?

* Are there any issues with free plugin that affect the main site but they are not present in PRO version of the plugin?

The staging site can be access by domain.com/name-staging-site

Yes

The staging site will not affect the live site at all.

Continuing from above, I read the reviews and this plugin seems to fulfill my requirement for the time being with its free version.

I’m just about to install the plugin but need to clarify a couple of more queries quickly:

i. Does this plugin create the duplicate of database tables in the main database with its own prefix?

ii. If yes then how the new tables are created later on for staging site as the main site gets new tables?

iii. These duplicate tables and all of the data of staging site will be deleted when using delete in the plugin settings?

iv. All of this plugin data and additional size of database don’t affect main site performance in any way? — it is very important

yes

You will need to update the staging site by using the provided update function.
Otherwise, these new tables will not be created automatically

You will need to delete the staging site first before deleting the plugin.

As long as your server has enough space to hold a full copy of your website files and a full copy of the database this should not lead to any noticeable performance issues.
