• Hello,

    I have been having a few issues with the tag functionality.

    1. How can I link directly to my products being sorted via a tag. ie. I want to create link where a customer sees products with the ‘catan’ tag in my sorted catalogue

    2. Whenever I edit a tag to be part of a tag group, it doesn’t save. It just defaults back to being an ‘uncatergorised tag’

    3. I have custom field visible on the thumbnail of each product on the catalogue with creates a button. However, whenever I sort via a tag on the catalogue, the button disappears.

    Please assist me with these issues so I provide a better customer experience.

  • Hi! I hope it’s okay that I comment on your post… I know the answer to one of your questions ??

    To link directly to your products being sorted by a tag, add /?tag=# to the end of your URL, where # is the tag ID number (which you can find in the admin area)

    regarding your #2 issue, are you able to provide me screenshots of your tags tab?

    regarding your #3 issue, this goes back to what we have been telling you before, it has to do with the way you integrated the bookable button into our plugin. Right now the bookable button in Catan, causes the crash when filtering, view this screenshot.

    I would suggest switching the double quotes used in that bookable button to single quotes. I would also suggest verifying that all your other bookable buttons are using single quotes.

    Sorry for the confusion. It wasn’t about the specific version number. Rather, the user was discussing a premium feature, so we wanted to move the conversation to email. I was a little hasty on the modlook. Sorry about that.
